Submit a ticket under "ANPR/VIDS - AI" with the following details in the 'Issue Details':

  • Camera ID/location

  • Incident type (false/missed)

  • Timestamp of the event

  • Snapshot or video (if available)

This helps us analyze and fine-tune detection accuracy.
